Addison Group is seeking a Workday Solutions Analyst to lead and manage the organization's Workday implementation efforts. The role requires hands-on Workday experience, coordination with HR, payroll, and external partners, and a focus on data migration and go-live readiness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday implementation experience.
• Experience leading or playing a major role in a Workday implementation or rollout.
• Bachelor's degree; HR or Communications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of multiple Workday modules.
• Experience with data migration/conversion from a legacy HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of key aspects of the Workday implementation and rollout.
• Serve as Workday expert and primary contact throughout the project.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, leadership, and external partners.
• Guide Workday module/configuration decisions and data migration.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.
