Unisys is seeking a Sr. Workday HRIS Analyst to support and enhance Workday operations within the People Solutions HR Technology team. You will partner with HR COEs, Product, and IT to handle production issues, data quality, testing, and UAT for major initiatives.

You will specialize in Workday modules like Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, and Reporting, with a focus on data integrity and process improvement. This role is based in Rockville, MD with hybrid onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• 3+ years hands-on configuration experience with Workday HCM core modules.
• 3+ years HRIS experience with Workday operational support and enhancements.
• Experience with UAT testing, defect management, and test planning.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day Workday production support and issue resolution.
• Support Workday modules: Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation.
• Guide HR partners on Workday processes and best practices.
• Perform data cleansing, audits, and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation and user aids.
• Support data exchanges with vendors and coordinate with Engineering.
