Job summary

EarnIn, a fast-growing fintech, seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to own and evolve our Workday platform, focusing on payroll administration and Core HCM. You will partner with People, Finance, Total Rewards, and Payroll to enable scalable people operations.

In this role you will design, configure, and optimize Workday payroll and HCM workflows, lead releases, and ensure data integrity. You will build advanced reports and dashboards delivering insights to drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration and administration experience.
• Strong Workday expertise across Core HCM, Security, and Advanced Reporting.
• Exceptional technical aptitude and a desire to learn new technologies and solution architectures.

• Lead system enhancements, releases, and feature adoption while ensuring data integrity.
