Frazer Jones is seeking a talented HCM Analyst to support our client’s Human Capital Management department, focusing on HCM applications and Workday modules. This role collaborates with HR, IT and other business teams to drive enhancements and optimize employee lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with HCM systems and Workday modules.
• Strong analytical thinking and data governance awareness.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering and translating business process requirements from key stakeholders into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of project plans for strategic initiatives.
• Support execution of core HCM programs such as Performance Management and Open Enrollment.
• Review, test, and support deployment of system upgrades and enhancements.
• Prepare and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Support training for system users and new team members.
• Support compliance reporting and data governance activities.
• Perform audit reporting to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and leverage AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
• Provide support for day-to-day HCM operations and ad hoc projects.
