Job summary

GFT is seeking a Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to join our IT Services Team in a hybrid work model with offices nationwide, including Dallas, TX. The role partners with HR to ensure Workday processes align with business needs, delivers accurate data, and enhances employee experience.

The candidate will configure and support Workday HCM modules, develop reports, and assist with testing and data audits while collaborating with HR and stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience in a functional or technical-functional role.
• Hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Core HCM Payroll and Benefits.
• Experience creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence).
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support HR business processes including hires, changes, terminations, and reorganizations.
