Job summary

GFT is seeking a highly skilled Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to join our IT Services Team in a hybrid role across multiple U.S. offices. You will configure, automate, and support Workday HCM modules, partnering with HR to ensure accurate data and excellent employee experience.

You will lead reporting, data validations, and system enhancements, while supporting testing, documentation, and biannual releases. Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience in a functional/technical role.
• Experience configuring Core HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Ability to design and run Workday reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM functionality and best practices.
• Support HR processes including hires, job changes, terminations, and reorganizations.
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues with timely solutions.
• Partner with HR to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Support testing for Workday updates, releases, and new configurations.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows.
• Assist with data audits, validations, and compliance-related activities.
• Participate in Workday biannual releases by reviewing features and implementing enhancements.
