Job summary

Frazer Jones is seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Architect to lead design, development, and support of enterprise integrations between Workday and HR, payroll, benefits, finance, analytics, and third‑party platforms.

The role requires hands-on Workday Studio experience, REST/SOAP APIs, and a track record of scalable, secure integration architectures with a focus on operational excellence. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with flexibility on in-office scheduling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience with a focus on integrations and architecture.
• Hands-on Workday Studio integrations experience.
• Experience with EIB, Core Connectors, and security configurations.
• End-to-end integration lifecycle exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of complex Workday integrations.
• Architect scalable integration solutions across HR, payroll, finance and third‑party apps.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Security and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Develop inbound/outbound integrations using REST/SOAP, XML, and file-based tech.
• Maintain integration security, certificates, and connectivity protocols.
• Support Workday Extend and Prism Analytics initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Lead integration testing for Workday updates and vendor changes.
• Create technical docs and integration specs.
• Identify opportunities to improve integration architecture and data quality.
