Frazer Jones client, a growing global investment management firm in New York, seeks an Analyst, Human Capital Systems & Operations to join its Human Capital team. You will support core HCM programs, manage data integrity, and generate reports for leadership.

The role targets early-career HRIS/HR Operations professionals with strong Excel, data analysis, and communication skills, offering exposure to Workday and HR tech in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, People Operations, Talent Operations, or related area.
• Exposure to Workday highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
• Experience creating reports, performing audits, and maintaining employee data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional presence and strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of core HCM programs, including Performance Management and Open Enrollment.
• Process and audit employee lifecycle transactions: hires, transfers, promotions, org changes, terminations.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for HR, leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist with employee onboarding and workforce data management activities.
• Partner with HR team on talent initiatives, performance cycles, and compensation.
• Research and resolve employee/manager inquiries related to HR systems and data.
• Participate in data validation, testing and system enhancement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, and efficiency.
