Job summary

GFT is seeking a Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to join our IT Services Team in a hybrid role across multiple offices including Mechanicsburg, PA. The position focuses on configuring and supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting, partnering with HR to align processes with business needs and deliver an excellent employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Workday HCM experience in a functional/technical role, strong HR process knowledge, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business or related field (or equivalent).
5+ years Workday HCM experience in functional/technical role.
Hands-on experience configuring Core HCM, Payroll and Benefits.
Experience creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite).
Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, BPF, Payroll, Benefits).
Serve as SME for Workday HCM functionality and best practices.
Support HR processes including hires, changes, terminations, reorganizations.
Design, build, and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Troubleshoot Workday issues and provide timely solutions.
Gather requirements from HR and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
Support testing for Workday updates and configurations.
