Job summary

GFT is seeking a Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to join our IT Services Team. This hybrid role requires attendance at offices across several U.S. locations.

You will collaborate with HR and IT to align Workday processes with business needs, delivering accurate data and a great employee experience. Responsibilities include configuring HCM modules, building reports, and supporting HR processes. You’ll act as a subject matter expert and participate in biannual Workday releases to implement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience in a functional or technical-functional role.
• Hands-on experience configuring Core HCM Payroll and Benefits.
• Experience creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF), Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM functionality and best practices.
• Support HR processes including hires, job changes, terminations, and reorganizations.
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
• Partner with HR and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Support testing efforts for Workday updates, releases, and new configurations.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows.
• Assist with data audits, validations, and compliance-related activities.
• Participate in Workday biannual releases by reviewing features, evaluating impacts, and implementing enhancements.
