Job summary

GFT seeks a Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to join our IT Services Team in a hybrid role. You will configure and support Workday HCM, aligning processes with HR needs and delivering accurate data to enhance employee experience.

You will partner with HR, design reports, and implement enhancements during biannual Workday releases. A strong HRIS background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience in a functional or technical-functional role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Core HCM Payroll and Benefits.
• Experience creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Ability to analyze requirements and recommend scalable Workday solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, BPF, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM functionality and best practices.
• Support HR processes including hires, job changes, terminations, and reorganizations.
• Design, build, and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues with timely solutions.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Workday solutions.
• Support testing for Workday updates, releases, and new configurations.
• Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows.
