Job summary

GFT is seeking a Workday Techno-Functional Analyst to join our IT Services Team, working in a hybrid model across multiple offices including Mechanicsburg, PA and others. The role partners with HR to align Workday processes with business needs and deliver an excellent employee experience.

Responsibilities include configuring Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and reporting; acting as SME; supporting HR processes from hires to reorganizations; and participating in Workday releases with documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience in a functional/technical-functional role.
• Hands-on experience configuring Core HCM Payroll and Benefits.
• Experience creating Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and support Workday HCM modules (Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Reporting).
• Serve as Workday HCM SME and best practices expert.
• Support HR processes including hires, changes, terminations, reorganizations.
• Design, build, and maintain reports, calculated fields, dashboards.
• Troubleshoot Workday issues with timely solutions.
• Partner with HR and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Support testing for Workday updates and configurations.
• Maintain system documentation and workflows.
• Assist with data audits and compliance activities.
• Participate in Workday biannual releases and enhancements.
