Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to lead configuration, security, reporting, and optimization of our Workday platform across HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Absence, and Compensation.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, drive data-driven insights, and evaluate AI-enabled Workday capabilities to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Five+ years HR systems experience, incl. 3+ years Workday configuration/administration
Experience configuring Workday security groups, domains, and security policies
Experience owning/releases from analysis to deployment
Experience supporting core HR functions (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, HR Ops)
Ability translating business requirements into practical technical solutions

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent/Performance, Absence, Compensation)
Translate requirements into scalable configurations and documented processes
Design and maintain business processes, workflows, validations, and notifications
Lead/support Workday release activities (impact analysis, testing, deployment)
Design security groups, RBAC, and perform access reviews
Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
Partner with stakeholders to convert ad hoc data requests into reusable reporting solutions
Monitor data integrity and perform data audits
