The role emphasizes strong Workday technical expertise, knowledge of HCM processes, and establishing sustainable foundations for expanding intelligent automation across HR.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing Workday Extend apps in production.
• Strong Workday platform knowledge: security, reporting, data sources, integrations.
• Experience with Workday integration tech: REST/SOAP, Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect.
• Ability to translate HR challenges into practical technical solutions.
• Experience evaluating options and communicating feasibility, risk, and value.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI concepts, data privacy, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to improve HCM processes via Workday Extend and AI.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Extend apps for intuitive HR experiences.
• Evaluate Workday AI capabilities and integrations for value and security.
• Develop proofs of concept and iterate with stakeholders toward production-ready solutions.
• Ensure Extend/AI solutions operate within the broader Workday architecture.
