Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Workday AI Solutions Engineer to collaborate with HR and IT teams to deliver intelligent HR experiences. You will translate complex HCM needs into Extend apps, automated workflows, and AI-enabled solutions while ensuring security and scalable production readiness.

The role requires strong Workday technical expertise, practical HCM knowledge, and the ability to assess business value and feasibility for adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying Workday Extend apps in production.
• Strong knowledge of Workday security, data models, and integrations.
• Certifications in Workday Extend, integrations, or HCM areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize Workday Extend and AI opportunities with HR and tech teams.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday Extend apps for HR processes.
• Develop proofs of concept and iterate with stakeholders for secure production solutions.
• Implement integrations across Workday and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
