Cardinal Health is seeking a Workday AI Solutions Engineer to turn complex HCM needs into intuitive apps, automated workflows, integrations, and AI-enabled experiences. You will partner with HR and technology teams to deliver valuable opportunities and ensure secure, scalable production implementations.

Lead design, build, test, and deployment of Extend apps, evaluate AI capabilities, and maintain strong Workday security and integration practices across the HR landscape.

Formación

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Workday Extend applications in production.
• Strong understanding of Workday platform, security, reporting, data sources, tenant configuration, and integration architecture.
• Experience with Workday integration technologies such as REST and SOAP APIs, Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect, Orchestrate, or event-driven integrations.
• Ability to translate HCM challenges into practical technical solutions across Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Core HCM, Benefits, Time or Absence.
• Experience evaluating solution tradeoffs, risks, and business value with clear communication.
• Familiarity with AI capabilities, including Sana for Workday and agent-management features.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with HR leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve HCM processes through Workday Extend, AI, agents, and workflows.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday Extend applications that simplify HR processes for employees, managers, and HR teams.
• Evaluate Workday AI capabilities and custom agents for production readiness and security.
• Develop proofs of concept and iterate with stakeholders toward scalable production solutions.
• Apply knowledge of Workday security, data models, reporting, APIs, and integrations to ensure smooth operation.
• Create integrations across Workday and third-party platforms using REST, SOAP, Orchestrate, Studio, and EIBs.
