Job summary

Choice Hotels International, Inc. in North Bethesda, MD seeks a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to serve as a senior functional expert for configuring, securing, and optimizing the Workday platform across HCM, Recruiting, and Talent & Performance.

You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, work with HR, IT, and stakeholders, and expand workforce insights. You will also evaluate emerging Workday capabilities including AI-enabled features for practical value.

Qualifications

Five+ years of HR systems experience with Workday
Experience configuring and managing Workday security (groups/domains)
Experience managing system releases from analysis to deployment
Experience supporting core HR functions (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, HR Ops)

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Absence, Compensation)
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations
Design and maintain business processes, workflows, validations, and notifications
Lead or support Workday release activities including testing and deployment
Design and maintain security groups, permissions, and access reviews
Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
Partner with stakeholders to turn ad hoc data requests into reusable reports
Monitor data integrity and conduct data quality audits
Pilot AI-enabled Workday features in collaboration with HR and IT
