Job summary

Verizon is seeking a driven sales professional for a mobile role serving a geographic territory. You will identify opportunities, consult with customers, and tailor solutions to address business challenges.

You will travel within your assigned territory, build relationships with decision makers, and pursue multi-product opportunities involving wireless, cloud, security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Four+ years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Experience in outside sales, prospecting and negotiation.
• Willingness to work in a mobile working model with travel within your assigned geographic sales territory. Travel may be up to ~50%.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and qualify leads within territory to drive sales opportunities through cold-calling, partner-selling, lead-generation campaigns and social selling.
• Gain new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
• Retain, manage and grow the existing customer base.
• Coordinate with support partners to educate customers about solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.
• Present and create multi-product solution opportunities.
• Demonstrate understanding of wireless and mobility products and integrated software solutions to promote and position products (Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, Google).
• Track and report progress using sales force automation tools.
