Job summary

Emser Tile LLC in Lenexa, KS, is seeking a Hybrid Warehouse and Customer Support Representative to join our local branch. You will be the face of Emser Tile for builders, designers, general contractors and walk-in customers, delivering outstanding service in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include order entry in the JDE system, inventory checks, showroom upkeep, and supporting both customer service and warehouse operations.

• Support branch and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and meet goals.
• Perform warehouse tasks as needed: stocking, picking, packing, and shipping per policy.
• Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory; generate reports and address discrepancies.
