Emser Tile LLC, a national leader in tile and natural stone distribution, seeks a versatile Hybrid Warehouse and Customer Support Representative for our local San Diego branch. You will balance customer service with warehouse duties, including order entry in the JDE system and inventory tasks, while collaborating with Sales and Branch Operations to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for clients, including builders, designers, GCs, and walk-ins.
Greet customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, and build relationships as the face of Emser Tile.
Enter and verify orders and account information in the JDE system; ensure accurate records.
Collaborate with Branch Operations and Sales teams to meet goals and deliver great service.
Support showroom customers and assist Operations Manager and ISR as needed.
Perform warehouse tasks: inspect, label, stock, pick, pack, and ship inventory.
Maintain inventory accuracy; address discrepancies and generate reports.
Handle will-call customers and ensure professional service throughout their experience.
Assist with showroom maintenance and monthly audits; prepare sample boards.
