Job summary

Emser Tile LLC seeks a Hybrid Warehouse and Customer Support Representative to join our local branch. You will be the face of Emser Tile for Builders, Designers, General Contractors, and walk-in customers, delivering exceptional service in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities include order entry in the JDE system, inventory management, and coordination with the Branch Operations and Sales teams to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, greeting walk-in customers and handling inquiries.
• Enter and verify orders and account information in the JDE system; ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations and Sales to meet branch goals.
• Support showroom customers and assist with warehouse operations as needed.
• Inspect, label, stock, pick, pack, and ship inventory per policy.
• Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory; generate reports as needed.
