Job summary

Emser Tile LLC in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking a Hybrid Warehouse and Customer Support Representative to join our local branch. Qualifications

• 1–3 years in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments.
• Strong customer-focused, organized, detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a team in a busy setting.
• Forklift certification and experience with a wet saw is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients, greeting and resolving inquiries and complaints.
• Enter and verify orders and account information in the JDE system; maintain records.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations and Sales teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Support showroom customers with walk-in and remote assistance.
• Perform warehouse tasks: inspecting, labeling, stocking, picking, packing and shipping inventory.
• Maintain and reconcile warehouse inventory; address discrepancies; generate reports.
• Handle will-call customers and ensure professional service.
• Assist in showroom maintenance, updating samples and conducting audits.
• Receive, record, issue and transport inventory as needed.
• Assist Operations Manager and ISR with sample boards for showrooms.
• Other tasks to support customer service and warehouse operations.
