Job summary

Emser Tile is seeking a Hybrid Warehouse and Customer Support Representative for our local Texas branch. You will be the face of the company for builders, designers, contractors, and walk-in customers, delivering outstanding service while handling orders and inventory in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with the Branch Operations and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, perform warehouse tasks, and help maintain showroom standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven and customer-focused.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a busy environment.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Knowledge of databases and basic computer skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; area language skills may be beneficial.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients in person and by phone, delivering excellent service.
• Greet customers, resolve inquiries/complaints, and build relationships as the face of Emser Tile.
• Enter and verify orders and accounts in the JDE system; ensure accurate records.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations and Sales teams to meet branch and market goals.
• Support showroom customers and walk-ins; assist ISR/Operations Manager as needed.
• Perform warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping per policy.
• Reconcile warehouse inventory, address discrepancies, and generate reports.
• Handle will-call customers professionally and maintain showroom appearance.
• Assist in showroom maintenance, sample boards, and monthly audits.
• Other tasks to support customer service and warehouse operations.
