The position requires handling walk‑in customers, phone inquiries, and maintaining accurate records while supporting both operations and sales teams. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred, and a forklift is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in building, construction, design, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Greet customers, resolve inquiries and complaints, and build relationships as the face of Emser Tile.
• Enter and verify orders and account information in the JDE system for accurate recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with Branch Operations and Sales teams to support branch and market goals.
• Support showroom customers and walk-in showroom operations.
