Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. The role demands ownership, creativity, and cross‑functional collaboration to translate concepts into polished experiences.

You will manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and technology while coordinating across Marketing, Communications, and leadership to achieve event objectives and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of relevant experience in event management, conferences, meetings, or related field.
• Experience managing events independently from planning through completion.
• Experience with both physical and virtual events.

Responsibilities

• Lead events from concept and planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Develop event strategies, timelines, budgets, production plans, and operating checklists.
• Plan and execute in-person conferences, meetings, executive events, workshops, networking events, and corporate programs.
• Coordinate virtual and hybrid events, including webinars, online meetings, and digital experiences.
• Oversee vendor contracts, deliverables, and performance, and manage event budgets.
