Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of our in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

This ownership role requires turning concepts into polished experiences and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will manage budgets, vendors, venues, AV, and registration from planning through completion, partnering with Marketing and leadership to engage employees, clients, and partners.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of event management experience.
• Experience managing both in-person and virtual events.
• Strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work onsite 2-3 days per week and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead events from concept through post-event evaluation.
• Develop event strategies, timelines, budgets, and production plans.
• Manage in-person conferences, meetings, executive events, workshops, networking.
• Plan and execute virtual and hybrid events.
• Coordinate venues, catering, audiovisual production, registration, speakers, staffing.
• Manage vendors and contracts; monitor budgets.
• Partner with Marketing and Leadership to meet objectives.
• Oversee onsite execution and coordinate virtual rehearsals.
• Measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
