Job summary

AMG & Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

This ownership role requires turning concepts into polished experiences, managing budgets and vendors, and coordinating logistics from planning through completion. You will drive engagement with employees, clients, partners, and other stakeholders, and work cross-functionally to support event objectives and audience reach.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of event management experience.
• Experience with in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead events from concept and planning through execution and post-event evaluation.
• Develop event strategies, timelines, budgets, production plans, and operating checklists.
• Manage in-person conferences, meetings, executive events, workshops, networking events, and corporate programs.
• Plan and execute virtual and hybrid events, including webinars, online meetings, and digital experiences.
