Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services setting preferred.
  • Experience with Poly, Zoom and conference room technologies.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Willingness to perform periodic evening/weekend onsite maintenance.

Job description

  • Support executive-level and client events, including events involving confidential information
  • Provide conference room support and administration for all offices
  • Provide off-site video conferencing and AV support for events
  • Design, configure, and optimize video conference infrastructure
  • Optimize video conference equipment
  • Educate staff and end users on video conference equipment
  • Configure, support, and maintain web/audio collaboration tools
  • Document hardware failures, repairs, installations, upgrades, and removals
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Provide service-oriented technical support and resolve end-user problems
  • Track assigned support tickets through resolution
  • Collaborate with vendors and IT team members on AV/VC upgrades, replacements, and installations
  • Perform periodic evening and weekend onsite maintenance
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology
  • Conduct recurring quality testing for audio, video, networking, and bandwidth in conference rooms
  • Aggregate meeting-quality feedback to recommend upgrades and service improvements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience, in a professional services firm preferred
  • Experience with Poly, Zoom, conference room, and AV technology
  • Excellent quality-conscious customer service skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to adapt to change while working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • Experience with scheduling software, preferred
  • High school diploma, or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience
  • Must perform periodic evening and weekend onsite maintenance work
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this role
