Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Experience with Poly, Zoom and conference room and AV technology.
• Excellent quality-conscious customer service skills.
• Strong written and oral communications.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive level and client events with discretion and strong communication.
• Provides conference room support and administration for all offices.
• Designs, configures, and optimizes video conference infrastructure.
• Documents hardware issues and maintains documentation.
• Plans and conducts regular testing for audio, video, networking and bandwidth.
