Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AV/VC support specialist to assist executive events, manage conference room tech, and provide off-site video conferencing support. You will design and optimize video conference infrastructure, maintain documentation, and collaborate with IT teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services setting preferred.
Experience with Poly, Zoom and conference room technologies.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Willingness to perform periodic evening/weekend onsite maintenance.

Responsibilities

Support executive-level and client events, including events involving confidential information.
Provide conference room support and administration for all offices.
Provide off-site video conferencing and AV support for events.
Design, configure, and optimize video conference infrastructure.
Educate staff and end users on video conference equipment.
Document hardware failures, repairs, installations, upgrades, and removals.
Aggregate meeting-quality feedback to recommend upgrades and service improvements.
