Job summary

Cornerstone Research in Chicago is seeking an Audio Video Support Coordinator to deliver exceptional video conference experiences. You will design, maintain, and support Zoom and Poly infrastructure, conference room systems, and event AV support for executives and clients.

You will educate staff on best practices, document issues, work with vendors, and participate in after-hours maintenance as needed. The role offers a hybrid work model, comprehensive benefits, and a focus on professional

Qualifications

2+ years of relevant work experience at a professional services firm preferred.
Experience with Poly, Zoom and conference room AV technology.
Excellent customer service skills with attention to quality.
Strong written and oral communication abilities.
Experience with scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Supports executive level and client events with discretion and strong communication.
Provides conference room support and administration for all offices.
Delivers off-site AV/video conferencing support for events.
Designs, configures, and optimizes video conference infrastructure.
Documents hardware failures, repairs, upgrades, and removals.
