Job summary

Axon seeks a Unified Communications Integration Engineer to deploy the world’s first Cloud-Based Emergency Real-Time Communication Platform. You will ensure interoperability of RTC/VoIP signaling, high-security standards, and 5-nines uptime while collaborating with Carbyne’s Operations and Engineering teams.

You will gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, build lifesaving emergency communications, and interact with multiple stakeholders across R&D, Sales, CTO, and Product Management.

Qualifications

• Experience with VoIP and UC deployments.
• Strong knowledge of SIP/SDP/RTP/WebRTC.
• Experience deploying open-source VoIP solutions (3+ years).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly available 911 infrastructure as part of the real-time communication team.
• Configure and troubleshoot Carbyne’s novel emergency platform.
• Provide clients with customized unified communications solutions.
• Install, maintain, integrate, and contribute to PBX/UC projects.
• Create and maintain technical specs and solution documents.
• Onboard new customers per requirements and solution specs.
