Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative for a two-year training program in a hybrid role. You will gain sales experience, product knowledge, and skills to advance to a sales position within a nationally oriented distributor.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the designated geographic area for customer visits and meetings.
• Compliance with BYOD policy using a personal device.
• Execution of Employment Agreement as required by company policy.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Effectively cold call on potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Plan week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value, with emphasis on American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following company sales programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems and report cost-savings to customers.
