Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative for a hybrid role to develop a strong territory book and gain sales experience through a two-year training program. You will build product knowledge, manage customer relationships, and meet sales goals while documenting activities in our systems; travel within the territory is required.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes and priorities to drive territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality; focus on American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas using company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the systems.
