Job summary

Kimball Midwest seeks an Account Representative to join a two-year training program designed to build sales experience, product knowledge, and readiness to advance as a sales representative.

You will work in a hybrid role covering a designated territory, gaining hands-on experience in relationship management, prospecting, and product demonstrations while contributing to the company's growth and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: cultivate strong customer relationships in a designated territory.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: grow a book of business through targeted outreach.
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly routes to grow territory.
• Product Knowledge: demonstrate products and communicate value to customers.
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet or exceed quotas through training programs.
• Reporting: maintain records of daily sales activities.
