Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking an Account Representative in a hybrid role. You will enter a two-year training program to gain sales experience, product knowledge and develop skills to become a sales representative.

The position emphasizes relationship management, territory development, and meeting sales goals within a structured training track. Compensation includes a salary and bonus structure with benefits and travel required within the territory.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer/associate locations within territory.
• BYOD policy compliance and use of personal device.
• Execution of Employment Agreement as provided.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call on potential customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plans week in advance to prioritize customer stops and growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality; focus on American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas using company programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
