Qualifications

• Proven experience providing technology support within financial services, preferably in a trading floor or financial markets environment.
• Working knowledge of trading systems and related technologies such as Bloomberg, FactSet, Eikon, or Tradeweb.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting software, hardware, Windows, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize in a time-sensitive environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity while applying responsible data usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for trading floor operations, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, Windows, and network issues to minimize downtime.
• Support and maintain financial markets and productivity applications including Bloomberg, FactSet, Eikon, Tradeweb, and Office 365.
• Monitor trading systems and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve potential issues before they affect operations.
• Collaborate with traders, Operations, and Technology teams to address incidents and improve support workflows.
• Maintain integrity, security, and reliability of the trading environment following controls and policies.
• Contribute to process improvement via documentation, scripting, automation, and new support technologies.
