Job summary

Deutsche Bank in New York is seeking an experienced FX Execution Services Analyst to support client-facing product and solutions as part of the global eFX team.

You will engage with Hedge Funds, Institutions, Asset Managers and Corporates to resolve FX service and execution issues, while partnering with Sales, Trading and Technology on new product delivery. A hybrid model applies, with strong emphasis on client experience and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong client-centric work ethic and reliable team player mindset.
• Ability to multitask with clear status reporting.
• FX product experience is advantageous but not required; strong Excel skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Client service - develop and manage relationships with external clients and vendors, supporting FX service needs.
• Client support - first-line pre/post trade investigation and issue resolution; trade requests and queries.
• Outage management - work with IT to restore connectivity or provide alternate execution paths.
• Risk management - monitor and manage risks from eFX activity, including trading flow.
• Product management - partner with Sales, Trading and Tech to deploy new products and platforms.
• Stakeholder management - collaborate with FX Sales and Trading and Technology teams.
