Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in New York is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for the trading floor and help maintain the stability, performance, and reliability of critical trading technology.

You will diagnose issues across software, hardware, Windows, and networks, support Bloomberg, FactSet, Eikon, Tradeweb, and Microsoft Office 365, and partner with Traders, Operations and Technology to improve workflows and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology support in financial services, preferably on a trading floor.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, Eikon, or Tradeweb and related financial market tech.
• Hands-on troubleshooting for software, hardware, Windows, Office 365 and networking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle time-sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for trading floor operations, diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, Windows, and network-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain system performance
• Support and maintain financial markets and productivity applications, including Bloomberg, FactSet, Eikon, Tradeweb, and Microsoft Office 365
• Monitor trading systems and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve potential issues before they affect business operations
• Partner with traders, Operations, and Technology teams to understand technical needs, address incidents, and improve support workflows
• Maintain the integrity, security, and reliability of the trading environment by following established technology controls, risk standards, and company policies
• Contribute to process improvement through documentation, scripting, automation, and the adoption of new support technologies and practices
