Job summary
DV Trading LLC in New York seeks a Trading Operations Support professional to optimize trading platforms and support traders across markets. You will work with Development, Trading, and IT to resolve issues and improve our trading operations and technology infrastructure.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify complex problems, and contribute to onboarding new opportunities while advancing automation and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a trade support role or similar trading-ops function.
- Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP and Multicast networking.
- Intermediate Bash and core Python abilities; large Python projects preferred.
- Ability to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures.
- Able to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing trading platforms across multiple markets.
- Monitoring and supporting Linux environments.
- Supporting traders and trading infrastructure.
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to drive initiatives.
- Identifying and solving complex problems in real-time.
- Assisting trade teams with onboarding new opportunities.
- Driving automation and process improvements.
