Job summary

CoreSite, LLC is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to improve field operations performance through training, systems support, and process improvements. The role involves leading change initiatives, partnering with engineering and IT, and developing actionable analytics to boost productivity and safety.

The TPM will travel up to 50% and work in a hybrid environment with on-site presence as needed, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality services and training

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center operations and program management.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of data center, internet and telecommunications industries.
• Experience with field operations enablement/productivity software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations on placement of new field operations personnel and training.
• Define and implement service delivery, maintenance, quality control, and safety process changes.
• Provide user support and training for field operations tools and processes.
• Lead change management activities for field operations initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and system issues hindering productivity.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and training programs.
• Analyze departmental reporting to identify productivity inhibitors and drive improvements using Lean Six Sigma.
