Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role based in New Jersey. You will engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue across a defined territory.

The position features uncapped commission earnings, a first-year compensation plan ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and deferred compensation.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer and associate locations within the geographic territory
• BYOD policy compliance with personal device usage
• Signed Employment Agreement may be required

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Grow the book of business by contacting potential customers in the territory.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes and prioritize customer stops for territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to potential customers and highlight American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through the company’s sales programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the systems.
