Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Hybrid Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue growth in the designated U.S. territory.

You will travel as needed and participate in onboarding and training workshops. Responsibilities include relationship management, cold prospecting, planning routes, presenting our American-made products, hitting sales quotas, and accurate reporting in the company systems.

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer and associates' locations within the assigned geographic area while holding required insurance minimums
• Use of personal electronic device compliant with BYOD policy
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit prior to execution

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in territory to identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively cold call potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and emphasize value of American-made products.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas following company sales programs and training.
