Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Hybrid Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in a designated territory. The role emphasizes relationship building, effective outreach, and adherence to company sales processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer locations within the territory.
• Ability to stand for long periods during customer meetings.
• BYOD device usage per company policy.
• Must sign an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively contact potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes and growth initiatives in advance.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas following proven programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain records of daily sales activities in company systems.
