Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate sales revenue across the designated territory. The role offers uncapped commissions with first-year earnings projected between $55,000 and $95,000, plus medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as a 401k and deferred compensation plan.

Kimball Midwest is a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations products.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within assigned territory and meet insurance minimums.
• Use of personal electronic device compliant with BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers in the territory to understand needs and identify opportunities.
• Conduct cold calling and prospecting to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly visits to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to customers to show value and quality of offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through proven programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
