Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative for a hybrid role, engaging with existing and prospective customers to promote products and services while driving revenue. You will be responsible for relationship management, prospecting, planning, and product demonstrations in a designated territory.

The compensation includes uncapped commissions with first-year earnings ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus medical, dental, life, disability insurance, a 401k plan and a deferred compensation

Qualifications

• Experience managing relationships with customers across a designated territory.
• Ability to prospect and grow new business through cold calling/lead generation.
• Strong planning skills to optimize weekly routes and territory growth.
• Solid product knowledge to demonstrate value and quality.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with customers in the territory and identify opportunities.
• Proactively cold call potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes in advance to prioritize stops and growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality; emphasize American-made products where possible.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following established programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records in the company system.
