Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative in a hybrid role to engage with existing and new customers within a designated territory in the United States. You will promote products, build strong relationships, and drive revenue by following our proven sales processes.

Qualifications

• The ability to move to and from customer and associate locations within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance.
• Use of personal device under BYOD policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement or revised exhibit prior to execution.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory and identify opportunities.
• Cold calling and prospecting to grow the book of business within the territory.
• Planning and priority setting: plan weekly activities to drive territory growth.
• Product knowledge: demonstrate products and communicate value to customers.
• Achieve sales goals by following company sales programs and training.
• Reporting: maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
