Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively reach potential customers to grow a book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes to prioritize growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products and highlight American-made quality.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed quotas through established programs and training.
• Reporting: Maintain records of daily sales activities and cost-savings reporting.
