Job summary

Kimball Midwest is hiring an Account Representative for a Hybrid role in Arizona. The position focuses on building relationships within a designated territory, cold calling, planning visits, and advancing sales goals through our proven programs and training.

The role supports a compensation plan with a first-year target of $42,400–$47,400, including salary plus bonus, with mileage and cell phone reimbursement, and the option of working in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to customer sites and meetings within the territory.
• BYOD policy compliance required for devices used on the job.
• Employment Agreement and/or amended exhibit provided for review before execution.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify opportunities.
• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Effectively reach out to potential customers to grow the book of business.
• Planning & Priority Setting: Plan weekly routes and prioritise customer visits and territory growth.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate products to show value and quality; emphasize American-made products.
