You will be part of the customer success team, onboarding customers, deploying virtual machines, and resolving technical issues. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to build relationships while addressing technical challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, customer success, help desk, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• CCNA-level networking knowledge with an understanding of routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience deploying or supporting virtual machines in VMware, Hyper-V, cloud environments, or similar platforms.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations and overcome objections.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot virtual machines and related customer environments.
• Assist customers with networking-related issues, including connectivity, IP addressing, routing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Work closely with customers to overcome technical objections, drive adoption, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and customer success teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
